At Luda Jewelry, each piece is crafted with care and intention. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and exclusivity of our fine jewelry.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within one (1) day from the date of purchase for a full refund, provided that:
- The piece is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
- It is returned in its original packaging.
- The original invoice/receipt is presented.
For online purchases, kindly contact us at info@ludajewelry.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once the returned piece is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within one (1) day of purchase, subject to the same conditions listed above.
- The piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Custom-made or specially requested designs.
- Pieces that show signs of wear, resizing, modification, or damage after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
